Club Dance track utilizes a checkbook style ledger for entertainer accounts.
During the clock out function, the system will automatically calculate the tip
out fees that an entertainer owes. That tip out fee will automatically adjust
the back balance amount. Payments can be made to the back balance at any time.
The back balance is the summary total of each days activities and payment made
from the entertainers. Payments can be applied to the current days transactions
prior to clocking out and the back balance summary will take that into account
also.
Within the system settings you can configure the system to prompt during
clock-in function to display the current open back balance. You can also
configure the system to not allow a entertainer to clock-in if she owes more
than (your configured amount) back balance.
Several reports within the reporting
module include the back balance amounts so you can have insight into this part
of your business. |
