You can create commission schedules based on your schedule. Whether normal days of the week, or an exception date for special events. As an example you can have a commission schedule for Mondays from 10:00AM-2:00PM, 2:01PM-6:00PM, 6:01PM – 11:00 PM, 11:01PM-06:00AM. But on Monday January 5th, you can have an exception (because of a special performer) and create commission schedules differently for that day.
Each of the commission schedules allow you to set the house fee and as many commission calculations as needed. The commission calculations are % and/or $ of Commission Revenue and includes minimum amounts.
Commission Revenue is configured with room rate schedule and can include or exclude fees from dances such as room rentals, host tip fees etcetera.
Example:
Monday from 10:00AM -2:00PM The commission schedule requires a $10.00 house fee. The commission calculations are
1. The # of $20 VIP room dances. If the # of dances are > 5 then 10% of commission revenue with a minimum amount of $20.00. If the # of dances are < 5 then 15% of revenue with a minimum amount of $30.00
2. The commission revenue of all rooms excluding the $20 VIP room dances. If the commission revenue are > $500.00 then 5 % of the commission revenue with a miniumn amount of $0.00. If the commission revenue < $500 then 9% of the commission revenue with a minimum about of $100.00
There are end-less possibilities of configuring commission schedule and commission calculations. During the install your Club Dance Track sales will assist you in optimizing the rules for the system. With an active support agreement, you can contact support at any time for further assistance in modifying the rules to meet you needs.
