our customers the ability to quickly speak to a real person who is familiar with
the Dance Track software. Our goal is to provide personal service with real-world
help to our customers. So often in software support, the first line of support
is only a resource that sends pages from manuals while delaying the ability to
speak to higher levels of support personnel for days and sometimes weeks even on
urgent problems. It is our goal to provide the highest level of software support
in the industry and not to become another example of a poorly executed,
outsourced support line.
